Inspiration Everywhere by Ava our fabulous intern

Traveling across the globe exploring the Seven Wonders of the World is a great way to find inspiration- or you could just take a peak inside a baby’s nursery!

Ivy has traveled throughout Europe and has been inspired by beautiful colors and architecture, but don’t let that fool you. Ivy knows inspiration comes from everywhere! Ivy’s website is just one example of that.

Kristin Morris, a fabulous jewelry designer (one of Ivy’s favorites actually) was pregnant and wanted to be surprised about the sex of the baby. Kristin’s interior designer picked out two fabrics for the baby’s nursery, one for a boy and one for a girl (naturally). Kristin wanted to incorporate the fabric into the baby announcements being made by Aubre Vaughn from Chic Impressions. Ivy saw the fabrics and fell in love with one of the pattern designs. With Aubre’s help, and sister team efforts, Megan Roe graphically built the pattern, turned it yellow, and shipped it off to her sister Jen Barton to build the site….and VOILA! A new website background was born! Kristin ended up with a gorgeous nursery and Ivy with a sassy new website!

Ivy believes you should never limit yourself on where you look for inspiration, it’s all around!
