Behind the Scenes: Meet Macy

For 8 years I have had the hairest assistant…she is one of the founding members of IRW&E,  keeps my feet warm on cold days, can be vocal on certain designs, demands treats on the hour, every hour and hasn’t missed but 5 days of work!  This lads & lassies is Miss Macy!
